Delete Your BodySitRep Account

Option 1: Delete from the app

If you are logged in to BodySitRep, you can delete your account directly from Settings:

1. Open BodySitRep and log in.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the bottom navigation).
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Read the warning and tap I Understand, Continue.
6. Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
7. Tap Permanently Delete Account.

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot log in or prefer to request deletion manually, send an email to:

support@bodysitrep.com

Include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your login credentials and profile information
• All health logs, symptom entries, and tracker data
• Sleep sessions and sleep history
• Medication records and dose logs
• Goals, achievements, streaks, and points
• Daily checklist completions
• Notebook entries
• Shopping lists
• User settings and preferences
• Encryption keys
• Pet tracking data (if applicable)
• Caregiver records (if applicable)

Photos stored on your device (via the Gallery feature) are not stored on our servers and are not affected by account deletion. You can delete them from your device independently.

Data retention

Account deletion is permanent and immediate. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.

If you have an active paid subscription, it will be canceled automatically as part of the deletion process. Stripe may retain billing transaction records independently in accordance with their own data retention policies and applicable financial regulations. BodySitRep does not retain any health or personal data after deletion.

Deleting Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account

BodySitRep allows users to manage and delete their data directly within the app without deleting their account.

To delete individual data entries:

1. Open the BodySitRep app.
2. Navigate to the tracker (for example, symptoms, sleep, hydration, or other logs).
3. Select the entry you want to delete.
4. Use the delete option within the entry view.

Users can edit or delete logs, notes, and tracked data at any time.

This allows full control over personal data without requiring full account deletion.

Timing

• In-app deletion: Immediate. Your account is deleted as soon as you confirm.
• Email request: Within 48 hours of identity verification.
