Do Plus, Pro, and Caregiver have trials?
No. Plus, Pro, and Caregiver start billing immediately when you subscribe. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is never deleted. If you cancel, your account moves to the starter tier with limited access. Upgrade again anytime to restore full access.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can switch billing intervals anytime through the Manage Billing portal in your settings. Yearly plans save up to 25%.
Can I export my data?
CSV export is available on all plans. PDF export with Brief and Extended report modes is available on Pro and above. JSON full backup is available on all plans.
Is my health data private?
