Notebook: All Your Health Notes in One Place
Stop digging through individual trackers. Notebook collects every note you have written across Blood Pressure, Nutrition, Mental Health, Pain, and every other log into a single organized view.
How it works
1
Log as usual
Write notes in any tracker. Blood Pressure, Headache, Nutrition, Mood, anything. Just use the app normally.
2
Open Notebook
Notebook automatically pulls real notes from every tracker you use. No extra work.
3
Browse by day or tracker
Pick a day to see everything you wrote. Or pick a tracker to see all notes from that category.
Real use cases
Review before a provider appointment
Open the By Day view and step through the last week of notes. See what you wrote about symptoms, medications, meals, and mood all together. Walk into your appointment with specifics, not guesses.
Track symptoms over time
Open By Tracker and select Headache or Pain. See every note you wrote about those conditions, with dates and context. Spot patterns you would miss otherwise.
Keep a personal journal
My Notes lets you write personal entries that are not tied to any tracker. Thoughts, goals, observations. All encrypted and private.
Tips
- Write a quick note when you log a tracker entry. Even one sentence helps when you review later.
- Use By Day view the night before a doctor visit to prepare a summary.
- Notebook filters out placeholder values like "skipped" and "N/A" automatically.
- Only trackers with real notes appear in the By Tracker view. No clutter.
FAQ
Does Notebook show notes I already wrote?
Yes. It reads real notes from your existing tracker logs. You do not have to re-enter anything.
Are notes encrypted?
Yes. All notes are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Only you can read them.
What gets filtered out?
Placeholder values like "skipped", "N/A", "no change", and similar non-meaningful text are excluded automatically so you only see real notes.
Can I write notes that are not tied to a tracker?
Yes. The My Notes tab is for personal entries that stand alone.
